Cars are listed with a value range, for example: $265,000 - $295,000, and stay on the site until they sell. Offers must include a price not lower than the value range minimum, and five other criteria for the seller to consider.

All offers appear on the listing page and stand for 72 hours. Buyers can adjust or cancel their offer at any time before the seller accepts an offer. The seller can accept any offer at any time, which ends the listing.

Yes. Buyers and sellers have a private dashboard to review activity, and to make changes any time before an offer is accepted.

The value range is the seller's estimate of the fair market value of the car. If a car is listed with a value range of $265,000 - $295,000, for example, then the minimum offer is $265,000.

As long as the seller wants. There is no fixed listing period. A car stays on the site until the seller accepts an offer or takes the listing down.

72 hours. After that the offer lapses and the seller can no longer accept it, so every offer on a listing page is one still on the table. A buyer whose offer has lapsed is free to place another.

Yes. Offers can be changed or cancelled any time before the offer is accepted by the seller.

When the seller accepts an offer:

• The listing ends and the car is sold
• TANC provides escrow and title verification services at no cost
• The deposit is due to escrow within 2 business days
• The price is due within the time specified in the offer
• TANC will assist arranging for a vehicle inspection
• TANC will assist arranging premium vehicle transportation
• TANC fees are due and paid

Listings should include at least 100 photographs.

If you would rather not shoot the car yourself, TANC will arrange a professional automotive photographer to come to you. Ask for one on the photos step when you complete your listing, and once your listing is approved you choose the day and time that suits you. TANC charges nothing to arrange it; the photographer's rate is paid directly to the provider.

The finished photographs are added to your listing.

Yes. If you make a material change, however, TANC reserves the right to cancel all outstanding offers. You can cancel your listing at any time prior to accepting an offer.

Yes, sellers may cancel listings anytime before accepting an offer. The listing will be removed from active display immediately.

Sellers pay nothing.

Buyers pay 1% of the price.

No minimum fee, no listing fees, no hidden fees.

No fees for vehicle history reports, escrow services, and title verification services.

No fees for assistance arranging for vehicle inspections and vehicle transportation. The actual cost of inspections and transportation is paid by either buyer or seller directly to the provider.

No fees for professional photography. TANC will arrange a photographer to come to your car, subject to availability in your area. The actual cost of the photography session is paid by the seller directly to the provider.

When a seller accepts an offer TANC's fees are paid and non-refundable.
