All sales are final. TANC merchandise is made to order, so we do not
accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size. Defective
and undelivered orders are replaced — see below.
1. These terms
These terms govern the purchase of merchandise from the TANC shop. They sit alongside our
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy; where those terms conflict
with these on a merchandise order, these terms apply. Placing an order means you accept them.
2. Made to order
Nothing in the shop is held in stock. Each item is printed and finished for you after you
order it, which is why production takes approximately 10 days before
dispatch. Full timings are on the
Shipping & Delivery page.
3. All sales final
Because each item is produced individually for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges,
cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. In particular, we cannot accept a return for:
- change of mind, or no longer wanting the item;
- ordering the wrong size, colour or quantity;
- a shade of colour differing slightly from your screen;
- an order returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure, email us
first — we would rather answer a question than leave you with a shirt that does not fit.
4. Orders we will replace
All-sales-final does not mean you carry the risk of our mistakes. We will replace your order,
at no cost to you and with no return required, if:
- it arrives damaged;
- it arrives misprinted, misaligned or otherwise defective;
- you receive the wrong item, size or colour;
- tracking shows no movement for 30 days after dispatch.

with your TANC‑ order number and, for damage or a defect, a photograph. Nothing in these
terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
5. Cancellations and changes
We cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered production, and production begins
shortly after payment. If you spot a mistake in your address, email us immediately and we will
help if the order has not yet been sent for printing — but we cannot promise it.
6. Pricing, payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe; TANC never sees or stores
your card details. Shipping is calculated and shown before you pay. Orders shipped outside the
United States may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, which are set by the destination
country and are the recipient's responsibility.
7. Products and availability
Product photographs are representative. Colours vary between screens, and small variations in
print placement are a normal characteristic of made-to-order printing rather than a defect. We
may withdraw any item at any time; if we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we will
refund it in full.
