The 599 GTO is only the third Ferrari to wear the Gran Turismo Omologata badge, after the 250 GTO and 288 GTO. Built in 599 examples with 661 horsepower drawn from the 599XX track program, it lapped Fiorano faster than the Enzo - a first for a front-engined Ferrari road car. Its combination of lineage, limited numbers, and genuine capability has made it one of the blue-chip modern V12s.
