The GT 63 S E Performance is the most powerful series-production AMG GT coupe yet: the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 works with a rear-mounted electric motor for a combined 805 hp and over 1,000 lb-ft. The battery is engineered for power delivery rather than electric range, a philosophy carried directly from AMG's Formula 1 program, and the rear-axle motor placement preserves the car's weight distribution. It brings AMG's E Performance hybrid architecture to the two-door GT for the first time.
