The 296 Speciale A is the open version of the 296 Speciale, pairing the 868-horsepower hybrid V6 drivetrain with a retractable hardtop rather than a fixed roof. Historically Ferrari made buyers wait for the open special-series car - the Speciale A of the 458 era and the Pista Spider both followed their coupes - so revealing this one alongside the coupe was a departure. The formula is otherwise faithful: less weight, more downforce, and the sharpest calibration in the 296 family with the sky available.
