• PPI Reimbursement Guaranty. If the PPI says the car isn't what the listing said it was, your pre-purchase inspection is on us. Nobody else in this market does that. When we arrange for the PPI through our network, if there is accident damage, paintwork, a branded title, an odometer or VIN discrepancy, a major component that doesn't work, an undisclosed modification that moves the value — any of those, documented in the PPI report and not in the listing, then we reimburse what you paid the inspector.
• For any other reason, the fee stands. Once the seller has accepted, a change of heart, financing that falls through, or second thoughts about the price you offered aren't grounds for a refund.
• Sellers pay us nothing, so there's no sell-side commission built into the price you're offering.
