The SLK55 AMG is the only car ever powered by AMG's M152 — a naturally aspirated 5.5-liter V8 with cylinder deactivation, developed specifically for this application. With 415 hp in a compact folding-hardtop roadster, it was the last of the small naturally aspirated V8 Mercedes. That engine exclusivity alone earns it a place in an AMG collection.
