The Veyron 16.4 reset what a production car could be: 987 hp from an 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16, all-wheel drive, and 253 mph, engineered to be driven to dinner afterward. The later Super Sport and Grand Sport Vitesse raised output to 1,183 hp and took both the closed- and open-top production speed records. A total of 450 were built across ten years, and the model remains the cornerstone of any modern Bugatti collection.
