The Centenario marks the hundredth birthday of Ferruccio Lamborghini: 20 coupes and 20 roadsters carrying the Aventador's V12 tuned to 759 horsepower, at the time the most powerful engine the company had built. It introduced rear-wheel steering to Lamborghini and wore full carbon bodywork developed around a monumental rear diffuser. All forty cars were sold before the Geneva unveiling, and they surface for sale only occasionally.
