The AMG GT is the car Affalterbach built to chase the 911: a front-mid-engine two-seater with the M178 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 mounted entirely behind the front axle and a transaxle at the rear. In base tune it made 456 hp at launch, rising to 469 hp with the 2020 facelift. As the entry to the C190 range it shares its aluminum spaceframe and near-even weight distribution with the GT R, which makes a clean example an accessible way into a genuinely special chassis.
