The GT 63 S 4MATIC+ stood at the top of the AMG GT 4-Door range with 630 hp and 664 lb-ft from its hand-built 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. In November 2020 it lapped the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 7:23.009, then the fastest time recorded by a luxury-class production car. It remains the definitive statement of what AMG's pure-combustion V8 could do in a four-seat body.
