The E-Ray is the first electrified and first all-wheel-drive Corvette, pairing the Stingray's 6.2-liter LT2 V8 with a front-axle electric motor for 655 combined horsepower. Chevrolet positioned it as the all-weather grand tourer of the C8 range: quicker to 60 mph than the Z06, yet wearing the wide body and staggered wheels of its track-focused sibling. For collectors it marks the Corvette's first step into electrification.
